Company
Limitless is focused on attracting and developing co-workers with disabilities and neurodiversity. We collaborate with HR to establish equitable and accommodating recruiting practices for candidates with disabilities. Additionally, we engage with disability experts to ensure our workplace is physically and culturally accessible. Our Limitless leaders participate in disability inclusion conferences and workshops to enhance our knowledge and implementation of best practices at TD SYNNEX.
Culture
Limitless is dedicated to raising awareness and inclusion for the disability and neurodiversity community through ongoing education. We host events such as panels and lunch-and-learn sessions to address misconceptions and explore specific disabilities. Our Limitless teams actively participate in TD SYNNEX’s International Day of People with Disabilities celebrations each year. We provide informational content on our internal news sites to educate co-workers about disabilities and neurodiversity, fostering connections on various related topics to build inclusive relationships.
Community
Limitless supports the disability and neurodiversity community through outreach and volunteer initiatives. These efforts include fundraisers for disability-focused non-profits, recording holiday greetings in sign language for the deaf and hard of hearing, and promoting apps that enhance accessibility, such as those identifying wheelchair-accessible businesses or assisting blind individuals via video calls. Recognizing the diversity within the community, Limitless strives to support it in various unique and impactful ways.
