Our Business Resource Groups (BRGs) are at the forefront of our commitment to inclusion, providing opportunities for co-workers to have meaningful conversations, celebrate cultural differences, give back to our surrounding communities, and develop skills to achieve personal and professional goals. BEACON
Beacon is a TD SYNNEX business resource group dedicated to providing Black co-workers with a platform and resources for achieving professional goals and overcoming challenges in order to retain and promote talented Black co-workers within the organization.
​​​​​​​Beacon provides opportunities for education, mentorship, professional development and community outreach to Black and ally co-workers alike to foster an inclusive workplace for all.
Company
Beacon is dedicated to fostering the growth and success of Black talent within TD SYNNEX. Our recruitment strategy involves active participation in career fairs, partnerships with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), and engagement with Black professional organizations. To support retention, we showcase Black colleagues' achievements through spotlight videos, conduct stay interviews among peers, and host events to promote internal advancement opportunities.
Culture
Beacon strives to provide a vibrant community through events that celebrate Black culture, history, and professional insights. As a cornerstone of TD SYNNEX's Black History Month observance, we organize educational events and coordinate the annual Pan-African flag-raising ceremony at multiple locations. Additionally, we commemorate Juneteenth and Martin Luther King Jr. Day with dedicated events each year. Notably, Beacon's advocacy led to the inclusion of MLK Day as an official co-worker holiday within the organization.
Community
Our community outreach extends beyond TD SYNNEX, offering opportunities for colleagues to contribute to the Black community. Our annual Week of Service in January, dedicated to MLK Day, allows colleagues to volunteer with non-profits supporting the Black community. We also support Black youth through initiatives like collecting prom attire, donating diverse toys and books to children's organizations, and serving food at local MLK Day festivals. 
ELEVATE
Elevate is a TD SYNNEX business resource group dedicated to attracting, retaining and advancing women. Elevate’s goal is to empower women to thrive in their personal and professional lives through support from co-workers, channel partners, and community relationships in alignment with stated Elevate objectives.

FUERZA
Fuerza is a business resource group committed to empowering the Hispanic/Latinx community. Fuerza’s mission is to contribute to the overall success of TD SYNNEX by advocating for the professional development of all Hispanic/Latinx co-workers and providing education around the inspiring and diverse cultures from across the Hispanic/Latinx community.
​​​​​​​Their vision is to positively influence all Hispanic and Latin American colleagues, cultivate an environment of inclusion and serve our local communities. Allies are welcome to participate as Fuerza members too, to champion inclusion and representation for their Hispanic/Latinx co-workers!

Each year, Fuerza hosts the annual celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, featuring events that highlight cultural celebrations, historical figures, and personal stories from our colleagues. Popular events include conversations with Hispanic leaders, Latin dance lessons, and networking sessions focused on sharing cultural traditions.
Community
Fuerza, reflecting the cherished Hispanic/Latinx values of family and community, focuses its outreach on supporting Hispanic families and children. Through partnerships with community organizations, we provide resources for families in need and combat food insecurity by volunteering at local food pantries. Additionally, our education initiatives include packing and donating bilingual literacy kits for students in local schools proficient in Spanish and English. Fuerza takes pride in giving back to our surrounding communities.
LIMITLESS
Limitless is a business resource group dedicated to creating an environment that welcomes, celebrates, and nurtures difference and disability. Limitless's mission is to support and celebrate anyone who is directly or indirectly affected by a disability or neurodiversity. Limitless is a community that welcomes and encourages progression and education; we provide support for people to achieve their aspirations and goals, break down biases and stereotypes and foster meaningful connection to create a workplace with people who understand, accept and help their co-workers thrive.

PATRIOTS
Patriots is a business resource group dedicated to recruiting and supporting military veterans, active service personnel, and military family members. Patriots helps TD SYNNEX to be an employer of choice for the military affinity by enabling military-affiliated individuals to succeed personally, professionally, and for the betterment of our surrounding communities.
Company
Patriots is dedicated to empowering active duty and veteran military members for successful transitions to civilian employment. Collaborating with organizations like Hiring Our Heroes, Patriots facilitates the recruitment and onboarding of veteran talent at TD SYNNEX. Additionally, we provide support for the employment and engagement of military spouses and family members, ensuring that all colleagues with military affiliations receive the resources needed for
career success.
Culture
Patriots cultivates a culture of understanding and belonging for military-experienced individuals through educational and appreciation events. We commemorate Memorial Day with POW/MIA display tables and honor Veterans Day with educational talks from military guest speakers. Our annual wiffleball tournament brings colleagues together, fostering camaraderie and celebrating the spirit of service and community through friendly competition.
Community
Patriots is committed to supporting military veterans and families, both within TD SYNNEX and in our broader community. Annually, we organize a Veterans Day t-shirt fundraiser, directing all proceeds to veteran causes and non-profit organizations. Additionally, we offer unique volunteer opportunities for colleagues to give back, including assembling care packages for service members overseas and participating in walkathons to raise funds and awareness for organizations assisting veterans with disabilities.
RISE
Rise is a TD SYNNEX business resource group that strives to be an impactful and engaging community that promotes cultural awareness of the Asian and Pacific Islander affinity and champions a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Spectrum is TD SYNNEX’s business resource group dedicating to promoting the personal and professional growth and retention of LGBTQ+ co-workers. Spectrum fosters inclusive and meaningful interactions between LGBTQ+ and ally co-workers at all levels of the organization and provides a safe and welcoming environment for everyone, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.
Company
Spectrum champions LGBTQ+ talent recruitment and retention through community engagement and workplace inclusion initiatives. We actively participate in career fairs and LGBTQ+ festivals to showcase our commitment to diversity and inclusion. Internally, we provide guidance on company policies, including support for transitioning colleagues, to ensure LGBTQ+ voices are heard and inclusive resources are available. Our efforts have consistently earned TD SYNNEX a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index.
Culture
Spectrum is dedicated to educating on LGBTQ+ history and culture through various initiatives. We host educational events, share resources on LGBTQ+ topics, and invite guest speakers to share their identity stories. During Pride month, we coordinate Pride flag raisings and engage in unique activities like Pride-inspired artwork creation and LGBTQ+ movie nights. Through our efforts, we promote awareness and acceptance of the LGBTQ+ community.
Community
Spectrum actively engages with the community year-round, with a strong focus on participation in Pride month events. We unite our colleagues to march in Pride parades, attend festivals, and demonstrate steadfast support for the LGBTQ+ community. Beyond Pride, we prioritize support for LGBTQ+ youth and wellbeing through initiatives like supply drives for health centers and writing letters of encouragement for youth camps. Additionally, we raise funds and awareness for local LGBTQ+ non-profits through
bake sales.
