BRGs
Our Business Resource Groups (BRGs) are employee-led communities that celebrate shared identities, experiences, and interests. They help foster inclusion, support career growth, and create spaces for connection and belonging across our global workforce, empowering co-workers to deepen their connections to their own affinities and grow as allies for others'.
Champions
Site Champions are on-the-ground pioneers who bring our DEI strategy to life at workplaces where in-person collaboration is key. Advocating across affinities, Site Champions introduce and grow inclusive initiatives at their workplaces by organizing events, amplifying voices, and integrating our DEI Commitments into everyday life.
Activators

Site Activators help enhance our workplace culture through a country-specific and local lens. They turn awareness into action by creating, localising, and delivering initiatives that strengthen our connection to local communities and cultures. They also support our culture improvement efforts within their local teams.
